Eldon & Nancy are sharing a bottle of hot sake & a cold beer, and the other beer is mine. Stan's drinking tea since he's the driver.

Stan was brought a very large cup of tea by our considerate waiter.


Yum! Nancy and I both ordered the kaki furai special - fried oysters, & salad, 2 kinds of sauces, small plate of pickles, white rice, miso soup, and delicious burdock for our veggie --very tender & a little sweet. This was almost more than I could eat.

Eldon wanted the flounder, karee flatfish, which Stan had before, but he wanted his fried, and it arrived, sitting on top of fried rice noodles. His set included all the same things we got, in addition to egg custard.
