Hikari Market Day

It's Sunday morning 3/28, which makes it the 4th Sunday. Although the Spring Asian Bazaar is still on base this weekend, we've decided to go to Hikari, since we went to the bazaar on Saturday. Just outside the Monzen Gate, the lotus fields have been flooded for the next crop.
