This is the way my lunch arrived - raw! This is a Japanese BBQ restaurant, which means we cook it ourselves. . .


on this burner in the center of our table.


Hmm, this is going to be fun. You can't believe how wonderful it smells in this restaurant! See that little white cube near the bottom of this picture on my plate? It's a piece of fat that I must use to grease the burner to keep our food from sticking. The food goes directly on the slotted burner.
