Japan Adventure

This is what our dinner looked like when it arrived. It is raw and cooking on a heated cast iron plate, placed in a larger wood plate. I didn't believe it would get done, but it almost got too done before I realized it! Everything was delicious & served with fabulous dipping sauce.
