Japan Adventure

Oops, guess I didn't take the picture fast enough of our salad - we were hungry! It had eggs, avocado, tomato, daikon (a mild form of radish) & shrimp & the most delicious dressing on crispy dark lettuce leaves.


This was beef, potato & cabbage, still sizzling & we let the veggies cook a little longer - yum!


And salmon, ikura (salmon eggs), & crunchy cucumber in a sushi roll. Also yum.


This was our cute server who spoke beautiful English. She's a college student.
