Returning from Fussa (Yokota AFB) to Iwakuni

Well, the week has ended, and I now have realized that I didn't take any other pictures while we were at Yokota! Everywhere I went on base, I had to ride the local commuter bus, so I guess I just didn't want to haul anything else! I went to the pool a couple of days, and filled my afternoons with shopping at the fabulous base exchange! So, now it's already Friday morning and time to return to Iwakuni. This futuristic building across from Fussa Station reminds me of something out of a "Jetsons" cartoon.


Emergency exits with balconies outside the door.


But this one (yikes!) doesn't. (Watch that first step - it's 4 or 5 floors up!)
