It's around 8 PM & we've unpacked. Our suite is great! (pictures later) We're a little hungry (hard to believe after all that food on the plane!) and since the hotel dining room was still open, we decided to have a little something. This appetizer is crab & avocado salad with Thai pepper sauce. Stan loved it! And isn't it pretty?
I had a grilled ham & cheese on a croissant. Delicious! I was concerned if I would find anything to eat in Thailand, but there were lots of NOT spicy options . . .
