This is one of Stan's new favorites -- hamachi furai (fried young yellowtail) but he has to make a hand sign (chop, chop) to get this dish . . . However, these chefs know us so well, that today, they just started handing us our favorites as soon as we sat down!These are two of my favorites: salmon ikura (salmon salad with salmon eggs on top) and ebi furai (fried shrimp) roll. Delicious!

This new window poster inside the restaurant looks like a place I would like to go (minus the large condos.) But instead, we finish our sushi, and pedal back home. We probably rode about 8 miles or so today.
