Beautiful Golden Week Afternoon 5/3/07

We started out looking for a desk for the new computer, but the second-hand stores we had in mind were closed for a Japanese holiday. So, we headed downtown into the old section of town near the Kintai Bridge.











This is one of our favorite stores, and we were surprised & delighted to find them open. This is where we bought our tansu last year, that holds our TV -- but no desk here today. That's the back of our little white Mazda van. We drove in case we would be hauling something large . . .
