Cherry trees along the river near the Kintai Bridge. You can see the new wood where it was replaced from last summer's typhoons. This bridge has been completely rebuilt many times since the original many hundreds of years ago, and each time it is built exactly the same. This one is only about one hundred and fifty years old, but it has been repaired from many typhoons.
