Inside a tunnel watching a movie - we watched several since it was a long trip, but I really preferred looking out the windows at the fabulous views!
We've been to Matsuyama before, and the sign says it's nearby, but we're not going there today. We took a speed boat trip there a few years ago & spent the night to shop & visit onsen, but it was middle of winter. Now it's middle of summer.
Beautiful farmland as we "speed" toward the brewery. Those large black flags are to discourage birds since the rice is golden on top & nearly ready to harvest.
And of course a scarecrow!
Oops - pole got in the way, but I've finally found Funkytown - oh wait - no, just "funky time" . . .
