The larger room where most folks are eating their BBQ & drinking. Our group was in a private room. Guess they've had American groups before . . .?
Our two hours is up (actually we could only eat & drink for 1-1/2 until we'd had enough! This looks like an open doorway at the end of the hall near the looooong escalator, but it's a window. I love these windows that go all the way to the floor & frame a pretty view.
Stan on the way down the escalator. Yep - he's had his fill . . .
Banners hanging from the ceiling in the gift shop area of the lobby.
Wine cake? Guess we'll have to buy one of these . . .
Beer-barrel containers contain "beer cake" - can't wait to try this! Yep, we'll take one of those too.
Well, well - what's all this?
Aha - this explains it . . .
I also bought this cute bottle of apple wine. It's "wine" like sake is wine - more than 20% alcohol - very strong! But sweet & yummy! I've discovered it's better to drink it in tiny sake cups rather than in a large wine glass tho . . .
And Stan found something he likes - 10-year old single malt "whisky" . . . nice to know there's something for everyone! The next morning, we were trying to figure out why we bought so much stuff . . .
