A plate of veggies - bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, peppers . . . I don't know how many plates of these we ate.
And how many meat platters? . . . Aussie Beef, lamb, & chicken. As long as we kept eating, these platters were "bottomless" for a full 2 hours . . . we just had to cook it ourselves at our table.
Cooking Korean-style on the grill in the center of our table. The meat is very thin so it cooks very quickly.
Ah - our tour guide has finally been able to relax & have a beer. We were afraid he would not be able to. Of course, he spent most of his time walking around making sure we were all taken care of & getting everything we wanted . . .
Kampai! Everyone but me has switched to dark beer, but I'm still nursing my light one . . . my second or third?????
We've been having a feeding frenzy for over an hour and Deborah is trying to figure out why her bib is such a mess?????
Deborah & Joel made a new Japanese friend & this Marine had more fun than anyone on the whole trip. (Except for the ride home on the bus . . . fortunately he had a VERY good friend who took care of him & we all passed him our "trash" bags - fortunately leakproof! - for about the first hour. Then he "slept" all the rest of the way. Of course, it WAS his 25th birthday . . .
Sign in potty stall - "no drinking"???
