View from our hotel in SFO. We slept late, we're packed, have eaten a fabulous breakfast buffet, and are now waiting for our hotel shuttle to take us back to the SFO airport. It's a very civilized hour . . .


One of our flight-mates whose name now, I can't remember (sorry!) & his girlfriend. He's originally from Great Britain (where he said there are "no jobs") so he's been working in Kyoto, Japan for several years teaching English. When we all missed our flight from Las Vegas yesterday, he called his girlfriend (who is Japanese, but going to school in Northern CA nearby) to come spend the night with him in our VERY nice hotel. What a cute couple!


And we met Frank & Marianne (also flight-mates from LV) at breakfast & began chatting. They run several businesses from their home in Las Vegas, and were on their way to China on business, when they also opted to delay a day in SFO. Another cute & very energetic couple!
