As Typhoon Roke moves onshore, I'm watching flooding on TV & looking outside my window . . .


Storm gets worse, but I still have power, so I continue watching TV where I see people leaving work & trying to get home in the storm!

As it got later in the evening, we saw on TV that thousands of people in & around Tokyo were stranded as trains & buses stopped running.
