A sampling of short videos showing Japanese fireworks over the Kintai Bridge from the cherry tree side of the river. August 6th was the 66th anniversary of the Atomic Bombing of Hiroshima . . . and ever since, the Japanese people have striven for peace and an end to nuclear weapons.

So, after nearly an hour & a half of fabulous fireworks, we left a few minutes early to start on our loooong bike ride home . . . It's been a hot, long, but very fun, as well as relaxing day!
