We both start with appetizers & mizu (water).


Fresh flowers in front of me on the bar.


Then we both get salad & miso soup . . .


I'm so ready for maguro (tuna)! And it comes on a wooden board.


Stan's maguro sashimi plate. He prefers sashimi (fish without rice balls). Isn't it beautiful?
