I went to lunch with Nancy & Ingrid on my birthday. We ate at L Style Cafe, but since you've seen pictures of their lunch specials before, I didn't take any pictures today. As always, a delicious lunch -- and (like Granpa's where we used to go) each time it's a little different combination of little entrees. Afterward, we walked over to Andersen's Bakery to buy fresh bread. Look at this cute "bread house" on display. Reminds me of the gingerbread houses we used to make at Christmas.
After a marathon shopping spree at the large 100 Yen Store downtown, we needed our coffee & sugar fix (it was afternoon tea time!) so we went over to Ruman -- our favorite pastry shop. Here's Ingrid, Nancy & Me. Yikes! I look more like 62 today . . .
