Oh, that's our hotel. It was VERY close to the train station, but even with our window open, we never heard the trains. Of course, they are electric, and the shinkansen's tracks are welded smooth, so no clank-clank. They also quit running about 11 PM . . .


It looks cloudy as we speed toward Hiroshima.

We saw this group at the station -- all dressed alike. They were all in a marathon, and they were at least our age -- yikes!
