Japan Adventure

Once we arrive at Miyajimaguchi Station (only about 15 min's ride from Iwakuni) we walk about a block & then have to go through a tunnel to cross under busy Hwy 2. Here's some of the beautiful murals inside the tunnel.

After walking another couple of blocks, we're approaching the ferry landing.

The JR ferry runs every 15 minutes or so, so if you miss one, you just catch the next one. We bought our ferry tickets in Iwakuni when we bought our train ticket, so we can just get in line for the next ferry.
