This is something we've never seen before -- illegally parked bicycles & motorcycles being impounded. Here motorcycles are covered & carefully placed alternately to fit better in the back of this small truck.

And the same is done with the bicycles.

All of the workers removing these bicycles & motorcycles were wearing this same type of shirt. It says, "Good Manners Hiroshima."
