Apparently, this is NOT a free parking zone for bicycles, although there are LOTS of them here today.


This worker is holding a small video camera & taping all around each bicycle before it is carefully covered & loaded into the truck.

I'm not sure I've seen a monk begging on the street before in downtown Hiroshima.
