Near our front door. The Japanese sign says, "Welcome" & of course the pig represents the Year of the Wild Boar, which is rapidly drawing to a close. Next year is the Year of the Rat (or mouse). Maybe someone will fill our stocking while we're gone to Thailand during Christmas . . .
