Our chef carved our duck at the table. Before it arrived, our server asked Stan if he wanted it "sliced" or "in strips" & Stan answered that he preferred it stripped. To which our server replied, "It better sliced -- you get sliced!" OK, then . . . it was sliced. It really wasn't very big, and Stan was disappointed when the chef cut only the breast & then whisked the carcass away before he could ask for the drumsticks! This was, however, by far the best meal we had in Beijing. fa ra ra ra ra . . .
Rachel & I each had a giant breaded shrimp with (of course!) duck sauce, and the soup was delicious as well!
