Driving to Nafco in Iwakuni 7/9/11

It's a beautiful sunny Saturday as we drive over the Monzen Bridge on base. Look how blue the Monzen River is! Rainy season is finally over in this part of Japan.


Outside the Monzen Gate, the lotus is blooming.

Here we are. This is Nafco's new building - behind the old one. This area used to be lotus fields, but they were drained & filled in to build this new building & additional parking. Stan's looking for a new bicycle tire & Sachi needs food & some cat grass.


In the pet department, I found raincoats for your dog with cute doggy hangers . . .
