March on my Japanese calendar. It's the Year of the Rabbit, so every page features rabbits.


Fresh flowers from the local market (in front of my favorite Chinese cabinet).


White & purple blossoms are VERY fragrant - smell like clove, but I don't know what these flowers are. Anyone? But the branches are ume (plum) covered with buds.


After a couple of days, the beautiful ume blossoms begin to appear!
