Japan Adventure

Sitting at the bar, looking into the open kitchen. I love to watch the chefs at work! And it smells delicious!


Deep fryer in front of us. There didn't seem to be any timers, but the food always came out perfectly!


Yum! A dinner set - we both got the Special.


Raw salmon & hamachi (yellowtail tuna) I think - sashimi; zucchini with onion in a delicious sauce; below is tempura something (can't remember!) but maybe lotus with a spicy sauce.


And tempura fish, ebi (shrimp) and veggies. Everything is cooked fresh & served immediately.
