Look how green the desert is around this highway as we drive toward Las Vegas.


Heather said they had some rain while we were visiting back East . . .


Construction area approaching the new road over Hoover/Boulder Dam.


The outside temp gauge in our rental car says it's 105F degrees outside . . .


Some of the artful retaining walls approaching Hoover Dam. These are likely original & built in early 1930s - or maybe just very good reproductions . . .?
