Barbara outside Zona Italia Restaurant in Tokuyama - right above the 4-lane highway, close to the huge 100-Yen store. Barbara saw a large sign & we decided to give it a try. GREAT decision!


We decided on a lunch set special, and started with a small tasty serving of raw fish appetizer. Fabulous!


Our second appetizer was a tiny salad in a little glass container, pork, and fish (I think) perched on a rice cracker decorated like a leaf. Delicious!


This is Barbara's bacon & spinach pasta main course.


And my salmon & spinach pasta. Both were very yummy! (we shared tastes)
