Now it's time to leave Kingman for Vegas, where we'll fly out to Nashville. Look at this beautiful desert between Kingman and Hoover Dam . . .


Heather told us several bridges are being built over the new dam road for the animals to cross. Wonder how they will be told to use them?


The new dam bypass bridge is nearly complete. What an amazing dam project!

Heather says she's heard that this dam road (on top of the dam) will be closed to traffic when the dam bypass bridge is finally finished, and will just be for pedestrians to tour. Although the traffic is always heavy, it will be sad not to drive on top of the dam . . .
