Keep going & you will see a bright red bridge to the island.
Beautiful views from the bridge, but the guardrails are too high for me to get a good photo.

When you get to this sign on Hwy 188 just before Kudamatsu, turn left at the fork to get to the road that goes to Kasadojima (Kasado Island). It's really worth the drive.
From 366, we turn left onto 174 which goes to Kasadojima.
