Hiroshima 12/22

It's the morning of 12/22 & we're Skyping with Larry & his family before we head off to Hiroshima for the day. Behind Larry is their friend Mark, who's visiting them from Birmingham. You can see me in the mirror flashing the peace sign above my computer screen.


Now we're on the train headed for Hiroshima. That's Santa Stan. He's letting his mustache grow longer so he can do even better than 3rd place in next year's "Mustache Contest." We are going to a fun department store & then later view the famous Hiroshima "Dreamination" illumination - Christmas lights tonight. So we'll *have* to eat two Japanese meals today . . . (Yum!)
