Cutting the very firm gelatin & milk dessert in its metal bowl. The gelatin is made of a clear seaweed -- soaked, drained & strained -- a lot of trouble to make, but very healthy & delicious. We think it's the same seaweed that we get at L Style Cafe on the salad bar.
