Lawrence's Cafe

After a tour of the CDC (no cameras allowed) Sherri wanted to take me to an ethnic restaurant nearby. She said they sometimes eat lunch here. Yum -- we started with hummus & fresh pita bread! Hey Heather -- does this make you hungry?

I love the reflection this ornate chandalier above us makes!

I had salad and gyro meat with fresh yogurt & rice. Delicious!


This reminds me of my childhood in Birmingham. We grew up with Lebanese children and learned to love their food very early on! We still try to go to the Pita Stop in Birmingham when we visit.
