This sign is at the intersection Americans call "Four Corners" which you can see is 400m outside the gate to MCAS -- only about 1/4 mile. It's so close that Stan & I decided to ride our bikes on this mild spring evening.
The Eneos gas station is also at this intersection. If you turn right, pass this station, and a small angled road, the restaurant's parking lot is next. It's on Hwy 188, very close to the road, so I cannot get a good picture of the front from here.
But it's easy to see why we call it Fish Tank. I don't know its real Japanese name.
