This was my shrimp fried rice -- delicious!


Menu on the wall of Sawadee Lemongrass Grill -- a Thai restaurant that Nancy & Eldon found on a previous trip to Hiroshima. While we were in Thailand last December, we learned that "Sawadee" was a generic greeting. If you haven't seen them, you can view our Thailand pictures in Jan 2008 Archives . . .

Beautiful sequined elephant wall hanging. We saw lots of these when we were in Thailand.

I thought this tank & seat configuration was interesting. I just can't resist these tiny bathrooms!


Interesting sculpture in a small paved park area. There's a group performing on stage here today.
