Golden rice ready to be harvested.


Passing by Lake Biwa on the return trip. What a beautiful place to live!


We changed trains again in Osaka, and now we're on the Shinkansen where food service is available. We had brought some snacks, but we're hungry for a meal. Yum -- we shared this delicious bento & it had a little bit of everything . . .
