Since we were driving nearby, we just had to stop in Ruman Bakery for dessert & coffee. After all, it IS teatime . . .
We are greeted by the lovely & friendly proprietor, Utae Nakamura.
This was my choice--creamy chocolate mousse, inside a black chocolate shell, decorated with a white chocolate curl & 1 raspberry, with all the fresh fruit in season on the plate. The red designs this time represent the cherry petals, just starting to bloom in Japan. Yum! It was as good as it looked!
