JAPAN ADVENTURE

Welcome to Margie & Stan's Japan Adventure - our photo blog while living on MCAS Iwakuni in beautiful Yamaguchi Prefecture in Western Japan from 8/2004 to present. My photo above is the famous Kintai Bridge right here in Iwakuni. Be sure to check out Blog Archive (below left) for highlights of our travels. And leave us a comment - we'd love to hear from you! John watches as John Robert parties at another meal . . . the small bottles were something that tasted like kerosene -- kind of like home brew -- Yikes!

Jerry & Terry Kampai! (or whatever you say in Chinese that means "cheers") This home brew stuff is served in VERY small glasses & it literally takes your breath away!

This interesting picture was under the stairway leading upstairs to our restaurant where we had lunch in the cloisonne factory & store.
