Inside the lobby of the New Sanno Hotel Monday morning. You have to be military or a government worker (or their guest) to stay here. There's also a small Exchange, Post Office, Gift Shop, pool & gym, several restaurants and convention rooms here, as well as a travel service to arrange trips around Tokyo.
