
The table was all set when we arrived in the downstairs restaurant. There was a huge variety of all kinds of seafood (some raw, some cooked), vegetables, miso soup, egg custard (not sweet) a variety of small sweets, and of course a bowl of rice & tea. Everything was delicious! The dark meat on the round plate looked and tasted like the most tender beef ever, but turned out it was bonito -- in season now and fabulous!
