Stan gazes out to sea & watches the workers filling in the sea. The dirt for this project is being brought to the edge of the sea, by a covered conveyer belt that runs several miles up to a mountain. Then the dirt is loaded on barges and offloaded into dump trucks with front-end loaders. This is a ten-year project and it is ahead of schedule. If we're still here when it's finished, it may be a little quieter at our house when the jets are flying . . .
