Art Exhibit & Traditional Japanese Luncheon

On Saturday, we were fortunate enough to be invited to join Hiroshi & Eiko, along with his schoolmates for their annual reunion. Hiroshi's childhood hometown is about 2 hours away, and some of his classmates still live there. This group alternates places where they meet, but this year they met near Miyajima (near where Hiroshi lives) in order to view some artwork of one of their classmates, who is now an artist in the area. We felt very honored to be included. We rode the train from Iwakuni to the second stop past Miyajima, about 20 minutes away, where the Tawaras met us at the station.
